All nominations for both group and individual awards will be reviewed against the selection criteria by the Earned Value Management Excellence Award Selection Panel. This panel is chaired by an Agency EVM Working Group member who is also EVM Focal Point for a NASA Center. The Chair will be assisted by at least three other Agency Working Group members (TBD), each representing a different Center. If needed, the Selection Panel may make site visits and perform interviews to aid in the selection process. The panel may also invite experienced personnel in the EVM field to support the selection process. Selections will be made by panel consensus only
